Shipping Policy
LOCAL PICKUP:
Local pickup is available by appointment only. Please email us to set up a pickup time at clearlyicreate@gmail.com.
ORDERS SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA:
Our shipping lead times are 3-7 business days.
Our items will ship USPS First Class Mail Package.
Orders over $35 will ship for free inside of USA. Orders under $35 will have a shipping fee which will be shown at checkout.
Tax will apply to all orders shipping to a Missouri address.
All orders will be shipping from Missouri. Both coasts are approximately 4 day shipping times. All closer states are 2-3 shipping times.

ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE USA:
Orders shipping outside of the USA will ALL have shipping charges.
The shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

Return Policy
While we do not expect anything less than you loving your items, we do understand that returns are sometimes necessary. We promise to do our best to make you happy and accept your returns (in new, original, unused condition) within 14 days of purchase. Just send us a message!

Returns will be processed within 5 business days of return and a replacement sent out or a refund issued back to the original form of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
